What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a training consultant who has a passion for training and coaching sales teams. You must master the Finnish language at an excellent level. 

Your main role will be to sell and deliver our training and consultancy services within Finland. One of our skills training programs is the world's highest quality sales program, SPIN®, licenced from our long-term partner Huthwaite International. As your certification level develops, you will also be able to train and coach our customers with the help of this unique program. You must have + 10 years of work experience in B2B sales and of which at least a few years in sales management with good results. 

Leveraging your academic background, university level, and leadership experience, you should be adept at understanding the client's needs holistically. You possess a passion for making presentations and conducting trainings. We believe in unlimited potential for your professional development and are strongly committed to aiding your growth into a premier consultant through a comprehensive coaching and ongoing support.

Your financial compensation is based on the fixed monthly salary representing 50% of your target salary and your personal and team based performance complements the total compensation. As your own skills and performance develop, you have the opportunity to develop all the way to partner.

We conduct the recruitment process in parallel with implementing consultancy assignments and therefore appreciate your patience throughout this process. The selection process involves some online tasks, followed by two rounds of interviews for final candidates, totaling five hours. You will receive feedback from these interviews. Our aim with this rigorous process is to ensure that we identify the ideal fit for everyone involved.
